Dr. Martins the herbicide weed resistance outreach lead at Bayer, leading a cross-functional initiatives to develop digitally enabled solutions incorporating Integrated Weed Management (IWM) principles. Dr. Martins acts as the focal point for IWM-related scientific guidance, herbicide resistance strategies, and business models. She collaborates with global networks of scientists (Communication & voting member in HRAC Global) and maintain the connection with the International Weed Science Society (IWSS). She is responsible for developing communication strategies for herbicide resistance, leading workshops and conferences.
